‘Big Brother Canada’ Returns For A Supersized Season 8 On March 4
Big Brother Canada is back. Well, almost.
After months of rumours, host Arisa Cox confirmed that one of the country’s most-watched reality shows will return for season 8 on Wednesday, March 4. And, as always, it looks like fans are in for some pretty big surprises.
“SEASON 8 of Big Brother Canada drops March 4,” tweeted Arisa. “That’s it. That’s the tweet.” She added the hashtag #BBCAN8, which fans have already been using to discuss the new season.
Over on Instagram, the show’s official account both confirmed the new season and teased that we might be in for a larger-than-usual surprise.
The photo shared to Instagram depicts the show’s logo as well as the term “Supersized” sitting above it, leading to speculation that the new season may actually be All-Stars. While that would be a fantastic idea, we have a funny feeling that the premiere is simply 90-minutes or 2 hours in running length.
The show’s website has been updated and a short video has been released, teasing the new season. We’ll keep you updated as soon as other details, like an airtime and cast, are released.
