Bethenny Frankel To Make Post-Real Housewives Debut In New HBO Max Show ‘The Big Shot With Bethenny’
Bethenny Frankel is returning to TV.
HBO Max has announced that Bethenny will make her post-Real Housewives of New York City debut in a new business competition show called The Big Shot With Bethenny.
According to a press release, the network has ordered episodes from the series, which is being produced by Bethenny’s B Real Productions in partnership with MGM Television and Big Fish Entertainment, to debut on the streaming service in late 2020.

The episodes will each be a half-hour each and according to the release, “the next generation of business moguls will compete for a chance to be second-in-command to business tycoon and Skinnygirl founder Frankel, and win a coveted position working on her executive team.”
“Aside from motherhood, what truly defines me as a person is being a driven, passionate and hard-working woman determined to make the impossible possible,” the former RHONY star said in a statement about the new show. “My mantra is to come from a place of ‘yes’ and to find and create the solution. I am an executor of visions, and I share and impart that information to those who work with me. MGM has been neck-in-neck with me with ideas and their execution. I couldn’t be more thrilled to continue my longstanding relationship with Mark Burnett on this series and pay this American Dream story forward.”
As Real Housewives fans will remember, Bethenny shockingly left the series on the eve of filming the upcoming season, leaving her co-stars Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Luann de Lesseps, Tinsley Mortimer, and Dorinda Medley, and reportedly production, stunned.
The Real Housewives of New York City returns for a new season (minus Bethenny, of course) on April 2. The Big Shot With Bethenny will premiere on HBO Max in late 2020.
