Florida Homes Realty’s James Angelo brokered the sale of the two-story firehouse for $185,000 USD. The 7,600 square feet was last sold for $265,000 USD back in 2009. Currently, the unit is vacant and zoned for commercial use, meaning Sandy should be able to go in and immediately begin to renovate.
The Below Deck Mediterranean star shared the exciting news on her social media, taking to Facebook to celebrate and ask for potential names.
Congratulations are certainly in order for Sandy as she takes on this next challenge. She’s such a great part of the show and this is an exciting next step for her and we couldn’t be happier. Keep doing you, girl!
Below Deck Mediterranean airs Mondays on Bravo and Slice.
